Yes. Standard stock samples can be sent for review, with freight arranged separately. Custom colour, print or special samples may involve charges; we confirm terms before proceeding.

Yes. Share a drawing, reference sample or target dimensions and capacity. We quote tooling cost, sample timing and minimum order once the mould is reviewed.

We use food-grade 3003 and 8011 aluminum. The alloy, temper and wall thickness are matched to the container size and intended use, and confirmed in the quotation.

Yes. Options include embossing on the base, printing on the lid and branded export cartons. Share your artwork and we will confirm the printable area and approve a sample.

Foil lids, laminated board (paper) lids, PET or PP lids, and heat-seal film. Each lid is tooled to a specific rim, so send the container size and we will match the closure.

Usually 15–25 days after sample and artwork approval. Tooling, colour matching or busy seasons can extend this; shipping time is quoted separately.

Yes. We can pack in your printed cartons, add labels and adjust case counts. Final artwork and packing specs are approved before bulk production.

Loading depends on sizes, nesting, case count, carton dimensions, lids and pallet plan. Send your product mix and we will prepare an item-specific 40HQ estimate.

Yes. Ask for alloy certificates and food-contact test reports relevant to your market. Scope and tested samples are reviewed against your intended use.
