Every batch of ALKONCE aluminum foil containers is inspected at six control points — from the coil that enters the workshop to the pallet that leaves it. This page documents the checks we run, the standards we certify against, and the evidence we provide with every order.
In-process and final checks are recorded per batch and available to customers on request.
Each aluminum coil lot is checked for alloy grade (8011/3003), temper, thickness and surface condition on arrival, with mill certificates retained.
During production, containers are sampled and measured for wall thickness, gram weight, top/base dimensions and depth against the approved spec sheet.
Filled-water leakage tests and lid fit/seal checks confirm that containers and lids match and perform — critical for ready meals and sauced products.
Where applicable, heat-seal integrity with film and lidding foil is tested, plus oven performance for baking and air-line catering containers.
Independent SGS testing for heavy metals (Cd, Pb, Hg, Cr VI) and phthalates on finished containers — all results Not Detected.
AQL-based final inspection, batch numbering and retained samples make every shipment traceable back to its coil lot and production date.
Current, verifiable documents — shared with every RFQ response and available per shipment.
