Food-Grade Packing, Carton by Carton

Finished containers are counted, inspected and packed into food-grade poly bags and export cartons, then palletized on fumigated pallets with stretch wrap. Private-label cartons and retail-ready inner boxes are packed on the same line.

Where is the ALKONCE factory located?

Our plant is in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China. Zhengzhou is a national logistics hub: cargo moves by rail and road to the sea ports of Qingdao, Shanghai and Ningbo, and Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport (CGO) is close by for air shipments and sample couriers. Most buyers reach us via a short flight or high-speed train from Shanghai or Beijing.

Can we visit the factory or arrange an audit?

Yes. We welcome customer factory audits and in-person visits, and we support third-party inspections by SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas or Intertek at any stage of production. If you cannot travel, we arrange live video walkthroughs of the workshops, mold library and warehouse on your schedule.

What is your monthly production capacity?

The 16 stamping and forming lines produce 100 – 120 tons of food-grade aluminum foil containers per month, plus foil rolls and pop-up foil sheets. Capacity is allocated by order schedule, so for large annual programs we reserve line time in advance — tell us your monthly volumes and we will confirm a production plan.

Do you produce from raw material or buy finished containers?

We are an integrated manufacturer: we develop and produce aluminum foil products from raw materials (food-grade 8011 / 3003 aluminum coil) through to terminal products — containers, lids, rolls and pop-up sheets. Nothing is outsourced to trading companies or third-party workshops, which is why quality is consistent batch to batch.

How many people work at the factory?

218 employees in total, including 26 professional and technical personnel — 2 with senior professional titles and 10 with intermediate titles. The technical team covers mold design, process engineering and quality control; the rest are production operators, QC inspectors and export documentation staff.

What products does the factory make?

Five main families: aviation lunch boxes (airline catering casseroles and lids), household lunch boxes (takeaway and meal-prep containers with lids), high-end fast-food boxes (smoothwall containers for premium retail and restaurant chains), aluminum foil rolls (private-label household foil), and pop-up aluminum foil sheets (interleaved dispenser foil). Matched lids and baking pans are produced on the same lines.

Can you make custom sizes or containers with our logo?

Yes. We maintain a library of 200+ existing molds and our in-house mold workshop develops new tooling from your drawing in around 60 days. Can we get samples before committing to a bulk order?

Yes. Stock-mold samples are usually free — you only pay the courier cost — and we can ship them by DHL, FedEx or UPS, with DDP (delivered duty paid) delivery available for many destinations so you do not need a customs broker just to evaluate a sample.
