Every ALKONCE container passes through the same production flow, whether it is a stock size or a custom OEM run.
16 automatic press lines convert food-grade 8011/3003 aluminum coil into smoothwall and wrinklewall containers. Quick mold change keeps custom orders efficient.
Dedicated workshops for smoothwall drawing, wrinklewall pressing and lid production, with controlled handling from coil to finished container.
Each line is staffed with trained operators who perform in-process checks on wall finish, rim shape and gauge throughout the run.
Finished containers are counted, inspected and packed into food-grade poly bags and export cartons, then palletized for shipping.
Palletized stock is staged by order and destination port, ready for container booking and stuffing.
Export packing on fumigated pallets, load plans that maximize container utilization, and photo documentation of every shipment.
Customization starts at the tool, and we own our tooling in-house.
We welcome factory audits and in-person visits, and support third-party inspections (SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) at any stage of production. Video walkthroughs of the workshop can be arranged for buyers who cannot travel.
