ALKONCE manufactures rigid smoothwall aluminum foil containers (full-wall, wrinkle-free trays) for ready-meal producers, airline catering, takeaway chains, bakeries and supermarket private-label programs. Unlike wrinklewall trays, smoothwall containers are drawn from a single aluminum sheet with smooth, fully glazed walls — a premium look for retail shelves and a rigid, leak-resistant structure that holds sauces and liquids during filling, sealing, cooking and delivery.

Factory & Quality Control
ALKONCE operates 16 production lines with a monthly output of 100–120 tons, supported by incoming raw-material inspection, thickness and weight control, leakage and lid-fit testing, and food-contact testing on every batch. Certifications: FDA registered (U.S.), ISO 9001:2015, SGS RoHS tested (heavy metals and regulated substances not detected).

Smoothwall vs. wrinklewall — which should I choose?Smoothwall trays have smooth, rigid, fully drawn walls with a premium appearance and higher wall strength; wrinklewall trays are more economical with folded (creased) walls. Choose smoothwall for retail-ready, sauce-heavy or premium applications; wrinklewall for cost-driven catering volumes.
Can the trays go in the oven, air fryer and freezer?Yes. Aluminum handles from -40°C freezer storage to 220°C+ oven reheating — including convection ovens and air fryers (never microwave).
Can you match my current supplier’s dimensions?Yes. Send a sample or drawing of your existing tray and we will measure it and quote an exact or improved version — new mold development is done in our own workshop.
What is the MOQ and lead time?Standard sizes: 50,000–100,000 pcs per item; custom molds: from 100,000 pcs. Production takes 25–35 days after sample approval.
