We produce a full range of disposable aluminum foil containers including smoothwall and wrinklewall trays, round pans, airline meal containers, baking cups, BBQ trays, and compartmented lunch boxes. Sizes range from 50ml sauce cups to 5L+ catering trays. Custom molds are also available.
Standard sizes MOQ is typically 50,000-100,000 pieces per item (one 40’HQ container). For custom molds, MOQ is 100,000 pieces. Lead time is 25-35 days for production after sample approval, plus 7-15 days shipping depending on destination.
Yes. We have an in-house mold workshop with 200+ existing molds and can develop new molds for your unique shape. Custom options include embossed/debossed logo, multi-color offset printing, colored lacquer (black, gold, red, gold), and lidding film matching.
All containers are made from food-grade aluminum alloy 8006/8011/3003 with food-safe coating. We are FDA registered (U.S.), ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management, and SGS-tested for RoHS (heavy metals and phthalates all Not Detected). Documentation provided with every shipment.
Yes — we provide free stock samples (freight collect) of our standard sizes. For custom samples (new mold / custom printing), sample cost is refundable upon bulk order. Sample lead time is 7-15 days. We can ship via DHL, FedEx, or your nominated courier.
Payment: T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L. L/C at sight accepted for orders over USD 50,000. Shipping: FOB Qingdao / Shanghai / Tianjin, or CIF to your nominated port. We can also arrange DDP for select destinations.
