EIGHT WAYS TO MAKE IT YOURS
An OEM foil container is eight things at once — the size, the shape, the mold, the logo, the color, the lid, the inner coating and the outer packaging. Pick what you need and leave the rest to us; we tailor the rest to your filling line and your market.
01 · SIZE
Choose any size from 100 ml portion cups to 12,000 ml steam-table pans. We adjust diameter, depth, base size and stacking height to your filling line and your recipe weight.
02 · SHAPE
Pick from 200+ existing molds (round, rectangular, compartment, oval, baking, airline) or send a drawing for a new mold developed in our in-house mold workshop in around 60 days.
03 · LOGO
Embossed (raised or recessed, ink-free) for premium and minimalist brands. Silk-screen or full-color heat transfer for branded food-service and retail lines. Both options carry your brand on every pack.
04 · COLOR
Silver is standard. Gold, black-gold, copper, colored lacquers and Pantone-matched finishes for retail display and holiday ranges. Inner coating in clear, white, black or food-grade non-stick.
05 · LID
Matched lids are tooled to your container rim: aluminum foil lid, paperboard lid, PET or PP dome lid, peelable film lidding and heat-seal film for ready meals — any of these can travel with the container.
06 · COATING
Food-contact lacquer on the inner wall — standard, BPA-free, high-temperature or non-stick options for acidic, oily, saucy or baking applications. SGS tested for heavy metals and phthalates.
07 · PRINT
Vector artwork (AI / EPS / PDF) printed in up to 9 colors via silk-screen, heat transfer or gravure. We redraw simple text, check color and run a printed sample for your sign-off before bulk production.
08 · PACKAGING
Inner poly bags + master cartons on fumigated pallets as standard. Private-label master cartons, retail-ready inner boxes, pallet wrap and bar-coded labels configured to 20GP / 40HQ loading.

MOLDS YOU CAN BORROW OR OWN

200+ existing molds in production: round containers from 100 ml to 5,000 ml, rectangular trays, baking cups and pans, airline casseroles, compartment trays, pop-up foil sheets, lids. Pick a stock mold and your OEM order can move straight to plate making and bulk production.
Send us a drawing or a sample. Our in-house mold workshop develops the tooling and produces a sample container for your approval — typically within 60 days. Once production starts, the mold is owned by you and reused for every reorder.

INCOTERMS THAT FIT YOUR BUSINESS
We ship from our Zhengzhou factory under the incoterm that works for you. Tell us how you usually buy and we will quote on the same basis — no need to translate pricing into a model you do not use.
We deliver the goods on board the vessel at the named port of shipment (typically Qingdao / Shanghai / Ningbo). You arrange and pay for sea freight, insurance and destination clearance.
We pay for cost, insurance and freight to your named destination port. You only handle destination clearance and last-mile delivery to your warehouse.
We deliver the goods, cleared for import, to your named destination. We pay all duties, taxes and last-mile — you receive the shipment at your warehouse.
Goods are made available at our Zhengzhou factory. You arrange pickup, export clearance, freight, insurance and import clearance yourself.
LCL OR FCL — WE LOAD TO MATCH
Not every buyer fills a container. We pack LCL (loose cargo, consolidated with other buyers) for smaller orders and FCL (full 20GP / 40HQ) when you are ready, with pallet patterns optimized to your destination port.
Smaller orders share container space with other goods heading the same route. Pay only for the volume you take.
Full container loads run straight from our warehouse to your port. Pallets are loaded to your destination port rules and your receiving equipment.
SAMPLES · DDP WHERE POSSIBLE
We send samples so you can test forming, lid fit, oven or seal performance before you commit to bulk. Stock samples can be delivered duty-paid (DDP) to many destinations so you do not need a customs broker just to evaluate a sample.
Plain samples from our 200+ mold library, in standard color and finish. Usually free; you only pay the courier cost. Shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS or your nominated courier.
Embossed, silk-screen or heat-transfer samples with your logo. Chargeable but the sample cost is deducted from your first bulk order. Lead time typically 10 – 20 days.
For samples we can ship DDP (duty paid) to many destinations and DDU (duty unpaid) to the rest. We confirm the available option with your quote so you know the cost upfront.
DOCUMENTS YOU RECEIVE
Every shipment ships with a documentation file that you can hand straight to your customs broker, your buyers or your auditors. Nothing for you to chase.
Itemized invoice with HS code, country of origin and Incoterm. Required for customs clearance.
Carton count, net / gross weight and pallet summary. Matches the physical load so nothing goes missing at port.
Original or telex-released B/L from the shipping line. 70% balance payment is usually against the B/L copy.

OEM & CUSTOMIZATION FAQ
The twelve questions we hear most from importers, distributors and food brands evaluating ALKONCE for a custom aluminum foil container program.
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PSD and high-resolution JPG/PNG. Vector files (AI/EPS/PDF) give the cleanest silk-screen and heat-transfer print; raster files should be at least 300 dpi at the final print size. Our team will redraw simple text into curves and check color references before plate production.
Yes. For silk-screen and heat-transfer printing we match the closest Pantone-coated reference and confirm against a printed proof before bulk production. Gravure 9-color prints can also follow Pantone, with about 95% color accuracy under standard lighting.
MOQ depends on product and size. For stock molds with your logo (embossed or printed), typical MOQ is 50,000 – 100,000 pieces per design. For new molds plus print, the typical MOQ is 50,000 pieces but covers most cases once the mold is paid. We confirm the figure on the RFQ response.
A new custom mold from your drawing typically takes around 60 days in our in-house mold workshop. After production begins, the mold is owned by you and is stored for reorders, so repeat lead times drop to 15 – 25 days.
Once the new-mold cost is paid, the mold is owned by you. We keep it in our mold library and reuse it for every reorder, so you do not pay tooling again on repeat orders and you get consistent forming.
Stock mold samples (plain, no logo) are usually free; you only pay the courier cost. Custom samples with your embossed or printed logo, or a new mold sample, are chargeable but the sample cost is deducted from your first bulk order. We can ship samples by DHL, FedEx, UPS or your nominated courier, with DDP (delivered duty paid) available for many destinations.
Stock mold with your logo: 20 – 30 days after artwork approval. Stock mold + full-color print: 30 – 50 days. New mold + print: 45 – 75 days (60 days for the mold, plus sampling and bulk). All timelines run from artwork and sample sign-off, not from inquiry.
We ship under FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP and EXW from our Zhengzhou factory. For sea we can book LCL (consolidated with other buyers' goods) or FCL (full 20GP / 40HQ). For samples we usually ship by courier, with DDP (duty paid) available to many destinations.
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance against the copy of B/L (or paid before shipment if you prefer). For long-term cooperation we can discuss L/C at sight, OA for approved buyers, or other arrangements.
Yes. We welcome SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas or Intertek inspections at our Zhengzhou factory before loading. Inspection costs are paid by the buyer; we cooperate with full production records, batch inspection reports and retained samples so the visit goes smoothly.
Aluminum foil containers for food packing are typically classified under HS code 7615.10 (table, kitchen or other household articles of aluminum). We put the HS code on the commercial invoice and packing list so your customs broker can clear the shipment without delay.
Standard export packing is inner poly bags + master export cartons on fumigated wooden pallets with stretch wrap. We also do private label master cartons (printed with your brand), retail-ready inner boxes, and pallet/carton configurations optimized for 20GP / 40HQ container loading.
