RFQ & Ordering FAQ

  • What is your MOQ?
    MOQ depends on the product and size - typically 50,000 - 100,000 pcs for stock molds. Contact us with your target quantity and we will confirm the exact MOQ for your item.
  • How long is production lead time?
    Standard production is 15 - 25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and whether a new mold is needed.
  • Can I get samples before ordering?
    Yes. Stock samples can be sent quickly; custom samples (embossed logo, new mold) take longer. Sample costs are deducted from your first order.
  • What are your payment terms?
    Standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% against the copy of B/L (or before shipment). For long-term cooperation we can discuss other arrangements.
  • Do you support OEM / private label?
    Yes - embossed or printed logos, custom sizes, new molds and full private-label packaging are all available. Share your drawing and we will advise.
  • What about packaging and loading?
    Containers are packed in export cartons and palletized. We can confirm carton dimensions and 20GP / 40HQ loading quantities for your destination.
